@sdhoey Thank you for pointing that out. I've been looking for the arrow for a while and by luck I just randomly clicked and found it, my eyesight is really terrible. Anyway to make it more visible please @Carl?

I was hoping that would work for you. It does for me. Although I use Ccleaner to clean my browser cache and use it at least once a day. *Snicker*

@Carl it seems that cleaning the caches has had the desired effect on my computer and the forum when it comes to posting posts with images.

Unread returned yet? I tried fixing it and it IS there for me. Sorry for all the cache clearing lately guys! Things sometimes don't work perfectly, and I have to deal with a live server or else rent two. I can do that sometimes but still can't find *all* bugs until we're live Love you all too!

I will shut down the server around 1-2AM EST (forum time) for a fast maintenance, we should be offline less than 5 minutes. It's basically a reboot. Just do not want people to think we've crashed.

Hi there,

I've started to get the 504 Bad Gateway Error message again when posting to my Saurus family thread with pictures in the thread. I've tried from both Chrome and Firefox with the same result.

Previously, the posted message would get through, this time though it isn't posting successfully.

When I've posted without images to that and other threads, I don't get those errors.

I did save my post this time, so have it in a text file at the moment.

ETA: I've just posted to that thread telling anyone who reads the thread to be patient with me.

Sorry @Deklitch , any improvement? The timing is really weird as nothing was going on at that time other than writing. I've made some quick adjustments that MAY affect it.

I will try to look it up in the error log when I wake up.

Quick edit: If it won't work with all after that chance, can you see if it will with just a few pics at a time? Just in case it helps me diagnose it.

Thanks Carl. I've just tried again with fewer pictures and with my laptop instead of the desktop. It worked without a hitch.

I realized this after I laid down for bed and knew you'd be all right. I was uploading some pics for a guide I'm putting out today and they were going wicked slow. It was around the same time you posted, so something of a maintenance/networking glitch on our server ISP or some point in between. Think the server responded with a timeout because of how slow it was going, basically.

Also, just successfully posted a post with pictures to my Saurus family thread from the computer I couldn't get it to go from yesterday. It went without a hitch, so my issues from yesterday must have been our combined postings that made things difficult for the servers.

That's.... Unfortunate. We've had them fixed for some time. Might need to see if our address got blacklisted by your provider. That'd be my job. I'll try to take a look at why you're not getting them when I'm online tomorrow!
