Thank you! My game's not in English, so Lore or Lair seemed the same to me :)

So the basic premise is you buy a house. 24 hours later check lot value then move to another house that is worth more than that lot value. Rinse and repeat until you age up. Is that correct?

Yes, that's the basic idea.

Thanks. It all seems rather simple so I'm scared I'm missing something. But I'm off to give it a test run now so we shall see.

@LenaLJ -- I am wondering if it might be best to change the "House Name" from the spreadsheet to just "House #" or something generic like that -- if a high level player like yourself, GlazeyLady, etc posts exactly which houses were used, then others will automatically have some legwork done for them. Just my two cents.

Now, obviously, if the team has questions on a score -- everyone DOES need to write down exactly what homes were bought. But, I am thinking specific names are not needed on the spreadsheet. Or when a player posts their score for that matter.

Valid point Tom
But I would still leave the field so that people can document everything in one place.

They just really need to remember only to document the values.

The Lot Value in the build mode is different immediately after purchasing the House (I guess because of depreciation of the goods?). So do we write down the Purchase Value that shows when we mouse over in the Move Household screen or the Lot Value once we’ve moved in?

The only lot value you have to write down is the one in the upper left corner in build mode when you're getting ready to move. You click on the I to get it.

My 2 YA house hunter Sims aged up to adult with a total of §160,298 for their 13 combined lot values.

Thanks a lot for another fun challenge :)!

Wow, you set the bar pretty high with that score. Over $200k on average per home! Nicely done.
