Have not posted in here before but have been reading! Pam you have inspired me to try and get my own Simbot Offspring! I think when my Legacy Heir gets that Opp for Simbots I will have to set the Simbot up with a Partner and well, you know. Let Nature Science take it's course.  ;) It's a great story and I love how you are writing as Uriah it really seems like a Simbot would write!  :)

So adorable!!
Hmmm, quite hard to agree. It was kinda freaky, but still cute at the same time. All I know is that is not something I want to experience firsthand!

The voices are a little creepy but their dad has a normal voice so maybe it will change for them?  Guess we'll see.

That's not the dad. That's a babysitter who happens to look like him. This one is actually doing his job though, unlike Candy and Davy.

EDIT: Pay attention closely, the babysitter has darker skin than Uriah, and is wearing swim trunks.

Right, that's not Uriah in the video.  Uriah does have the robot voice of a SimBot.  The one in the video is a teenage babysitter.  Strangely, both families I switched to in this save file had a babysitter present when I take over the family.  Both babysitters were being very attentive to the babies.  I had Christopher send his babysitter home because he kept waking Casey up to snuggle her.

As for the hidden traits, when the twins were born, it said one had the SimBot trait and the other had the Immune to Fire trait.  My guess is that both girls have both traits.  The Immune to Fire twin definitely also got the SimBot trait.  So, that's two hidden traits in one Sim.

Is it possible for Uriah to have a child without the hidden Simbot Trait, but that child will pass the Simbot trait to one of his/her own children/Uriah's grandchildren?

I really have no idea.  All of this SimBot hybrid stuff is new for all of us.

Pam, you said it says they got simbot/immune to fire trait. I've only had one hidden trait passed down and it's been awhile but I don't recall it telling me. Where and when does it say that?

I wonder if the toddlers will be fully skilled in walking talking and toilet training.  8)

It was part of the birth announcement, naming, and choosing traits.  I only got to chose one trait for each baby and in the spot where it tells me what the first trait is, there was also the SimBot/Immune to Fire business.
