Joria have you seen my How to Build on a Slope article?  It's pretty much impossible to place a house on a slope unless that house was made specifically for that exact lot (as you've seen with your junkyard woes).  Is there a particular lot you were looking at?

Hi Tommy!  Nope.  Didn't see that one but will go there and do the homework.  Thanks so much for doing it and giving me the link.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Glad you like it! I see what you mean about the adult friendly bit as well, I may make another park so I can use it in my legacy. :)

Ooooo~  Can't wait to see it!  I posted my September contest house.  Love some critique on it.  You can PM me if it will not be kosher to do it publicly.  The stairs to the upstairs looks like it has bare ground under it.  For some reason the picture blanked out the sides of the stairs which match the dining room walls.  It was hard to get good photos of this one.

Thanks samoht04, I'm sorry I didn't post back sooner. I'm looking for an small island so I'll post critria below-
Must have some texture, possibly hills and a small oasis (oasis must be reasonbly close to a road, so a lot can have a small part of the water on it)
It should have a desert look, with sand.
The island must have one or two beaches.
Regular OR sand style roads, up to the creator.
No lots, apart from one to three legacy size.
No dead end roads.
Enough room for all rabbit holes plus extras including Night Life
Phew! Not asking for much, am I? ;)

Pam, I might just give this a go... I don't imagine it will be very good though :-[
So, does it need to absolutly only WA/Asian Fusion objects?

Any max price or just keep it reasonable?

I will update the list when I have a computer handy.

I'm so sorry I didn't answer this sooner!  No max price on it.  It just needs to fit on one of the normal Shang Simla lots that are vacant at the start of the game.

@Ruby:  Those are the only Chinese looking items I have, so that's how it will have to be designed.  If you don't have Asian Fusion, just go without it.  :)

Ok Pam. I've finished the building and I'm just working on the bedrooms. (2 singles, 2 doubles) Two ensutite bathrooms, one living area bathroom and an shared bathroom included. Large formal dinning room, with an attached kitchen (With has breakfast bar seating) Large upstairs study/library area. Spacious lounge and bathroom. The home is done in traditional Chinese style with a dining room/kitchen in one building, a living room (lounge) bathroom in another, and yet another for sleeping. I hope this is OK! :)

Mine is quite small, it has a Living Room, Kitchen and a Bathroom downstairs, it has Three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. But it also has a large basement which I left alone for you to convert into some extra accommodation or workshops.

This is also my first Chinese style home so it probably isn't the best! Can't wait to see what Ruby comes up with!  :)

Wow, that sounds like a big house!  :D I think it probably has everything Pam wanted!

It needs to hold 5 to 6 Sims, some a married couples, some as single.  All the decor should be Chinese using the pieces that came with World Adventures and/or the pieces from the Asian Fusion set.  I don't want the traditional red and black.  Big kitchen, active living area, and at least 3 bathrooms.  Room for a garden and a pool, as well.

Thank you!

Hmmmmm, I think mine may fall down on the pool, if that means a swim-able one. I suppose you could get rid of the pond at the front...

Here is an offering for Pam's request of a vacation home in China.

(Constructed in Sunset Valley then moved, hopefully won't screw up it being available as a vacation home)

3 Br (one w/ double, two w/ 2 singles), 2.5 ba, kitchen, garden, swimming pool, 20x30 lot.

Link to the Exchange

Used only World Adventures and one or two free items from The Store.

Please don't go. The Drones need you. They look up to you.
