Weird Pics, funny posts or something new?

I finally got a picture of tiberium transforming! I also saw a gnome moving, but I didn't pause in time. It looks like magician's smoke with sparkles.


Here's a picture of one of my sims dying; I think she was reading to her grandson. The look on his face is classic: "don't you take my granny!" I think it's kinda weird when she died because she was I think 86 days old, and had an older brother who hadn't died. She also completed the marathon challenge, the one that lets you live longer.

I've had some really strange graffics issues lately.  And no, I don't use mods or third party content at all.  Just started happening with this most recent set of kids aging up in my game.

Here's the first, she's got that strange orange mark under her lip, looks like a soul patch or something.



And then this happened when another girl turned into a young adult.  It's like she's half mummy or something!



After that I thought nothing would surprise me, and then I got this:



What's funny is that once I changed their hair style everything was fine and they looked completely normal.

No, I do not have buydebug on.  They aged up into these hairstyles all on their own without my intervention.

Since then, I've seen a townie with the same sort of issue.  He had "hair" that looked like a simbot, but the rest of him was completely normal.  So of course I had to marry him into the household!    Had to fix him up somehow and I didn't want to go into the stylist profession again.  He was actually one of Amy Bull's kids, in my game Amy's got 2 sons.  So once I fixed him I found out that he had the same color hair she does, so I'm happy!  Looking forward to what Amy Bull's grandchildren will look like.

I've noticed the mummy/Simbot glitch in my town as well. New with Ambitions I'm sure.  That being said its easy enough to change it (with the mirror) but the people in my town he got it look great so I left them.  One has red skin and mummy wrappings- makes her look like a serious burn victim!  I'm sure that EA will deal with this in a new patch or something.

Do you use the unlockoutfits cheat? It unlocks the various mummy/ghost/etc outfits so that could cause the weird aging.
