Just had my sim get a hit (literally) of bad luck. The moment he returned from work, he was hit by lightning. Not sure how much of it is the result of his storm-chaser trait but it got him +2 energized "Supercharged" buff and +3 happy "That was totally awesome" buff for 4hrs.
I would think the most danger a secret agent sim faces is in work. Nope

Pack crossplay: if you send a hunter dog to find something on Sulani, they may bring back seashells.
I haven't tried it much - maybe they can bring them even on other worlds if a beach is near. Likewise, no idea yet if the shells replace the usual Brindleton loot completely, or just expand it.
