Yes, in one play I found it on the first day and another time it was day 2/3.

Another question about genie from me... Are the non-immortal/heir have a child with the genie?
and if the child is human, is he/she allowed to be the next dynasty spouse?

I really like to have a genie colour blend in LOL

If you're wanting to get the blue skin tone in your dynasty, there's a shot a cured genie can do it. I cured a genie (which took away her blue skin), then invited her into the household and got her pregnant without doing a makeover in the mirror on her until after the baby was born. For whatever reason, the game still 'thought' she was blue and her kid got the blue skin. I don't know if it was a glitch, or if this is something that can be re-created. Just thought I'd mention it!

The rules say you can have a playable ghost as part of your household - but how do you get rid of them to make room for an heir? Do ghosts "die" again? I've never played a ghost.

I have two playable ghosts as my household member. They're just like normal Sims; I have seen that they grow up too. From YA to Adult and becoming an Elder and I believe that he will die too. As my ghost child actually grow up from baby to an adult now and he's married with my heiress ::)

One of them will reach his own limit soon due to old age. But, I haven't got my chance to play Sims again. I might tell you what happen if you're still curious and need proof to satisfy your curiosity :P

And I believe the Challenge team already thinking throughout about this, if not maybe they will be forbid Ghost like other supernatural state :P

@Playable ghosts "dying:" Playable ghosts do "die" when they reach their time, but the camera won't pan to them and they quietly disappear into the aether instead of having Grim come for them. I've never seen it happen since I didn't let my last family of playable ghosts grow old, but that's what I got from Hazelnut's life states dynasty and others.

And to drive Ratchie's point home, do not send them to the netherworld.

Huh. I'm confused now, so I hope someone can explain. I thought genies could never be part of the household, due to the extended lifespans. I assume, then, from previous comments, that they're treated like simbots - ok on a temporary basis when freed, but must be immediately booted out of the household?

Genies are also curable with a potent cure elixir in the same way that other occults are, and you don't need to add them to the house to cure them. Once cured, they're human and legal to add to the household.

For some reason I missed the little detail in your dynasty about Shawnya not going to the dresser until she had a baby. Anyways, I think that's entirely why Darcy turned out blue. I know that when you turn a sim into a genie using an elixir, they're given blue skin and generic features that are permanently locked in when you use the mirror or dresser. Perhaps that is what's needed to make a cured genie permanently not blue too.

Just asking out of wonder though :

If my heir is a guy, and then he got a woman preggers out of wedlock out of household, is the dynasty failed or still allowed to be continued?

If it still allowed to be continued, when the woman move in to the household with the child, is the first child out of household be the heir, or the second child but born in the household be the heir?

thx in advance. :)

Male heirs can have children outside of the household after the next heir is born. If they have a child outside of the household before they have an heir, it's game over.

Thank you all for explaining how to handle a playable ghost :) I'm not sure if I'm going to use him, I just wanted to find out.

One more thing I want to ask :

Is the heir allowed to have the next generation without married? just as long as they live in the same home?

Yep, they just need to live in the same house.

Another technical with spouse: What if the spouse already had another kid out of marriage with someone else?
Are the dynasty still allowed to continue?
