Is it the same for baths? Pretty sure I've seen non-lazy sims asleep in the tub.

I'm playing a lazy sim recently, so I'm familiar. Don't look at them a second, and they sleep on a chair.
It's not a passing out in the tub, there's a specific "action icon" for passing out, and the bath one says "falling asleep in the tub", and it doesn't count on the "pass out" counter. I'm about certain that Sims with 0 energy will get out of the tub and pass outside of it.

I think the zero-energy metric is a good one for passing out. Just in case there's an alternate way to pass out that ever comes or is discovered.

I'm so gutted because I've failed again. Fourth gen heir is in politics so he works at home and takes his toddler son with him when he needs to make speeches etc. Except this day I forgot. He went by himself and then wife and brother in law soon went to work so the toddler was sent to day care. I really shouldn't play late at night when I'm tired. It was going so well up to that point :-(

About the museum collection of the last heir:
I've changed my mind about which items to collect because I'd like a simpler collection.
May I confirm that the collection should fit into a screenshot that includes the founder/heir portraits,  tenth-generation heir, and their collection?

@oshizu: that'd probably be what pleases everyone but in my opinion, I'd accept two screenshots if your portrait and collection arrangement truly couldn't fit in the space of a screenshot and following the rules (remember that moveobjects can help!).

Thank you for your reply, Trip! I've been  trying to decide whether I'll go for the harder or the easier collection.
It's wonderful to know that I needn't worry about size and shape, too.

Are there any restrictions to the celebration/creation of holidays with the new pack? Also does Patchy count as an NPC service?

New rules regarding Seasons:

Length of seasons is player's choice.
No more than 1 holiday per week, 8 scheduled holidays per year, pop-ups allowed.
Extreme weather is player's choice, but rain and snow must be allowed, and effects on Sims must be allowed.
The Money Tree is banned.
Patchy counts as an NPC on the days when he works in the garden.

Also added:

You can count 1 point for each trick learned by a dog.
You may age up a child to be your founder.

The neighbourhood brawl has appeared, if my sims fight autonomously as part of that event do I loose points still?
Also winter fest and new years are in the same week do I leave them as they stand or move one?  (I'm playing with 2 week long seasons)

You don't have to participate in any holiday, so yes, Brawl Day fights will count against you if they're between 2 household members. Move Winterfest or New Year's.

Wa ha ha! Now my Alexander Goth Townie Dynasty can be a reality! 

J/K, but I have a question about aging up kids and teens in pre-made families. Do you have to do it right away or can it wait until the day when they are supposed to age up? I tried playing Cassandra Goth as a dynasty founder(because she is my favorite Sims, hand down, and my guilty Sims 2 waifu  ) but didn't understand the rules of have a founder in a pre-made family and moved her out on day one to a empty lot. Would love to try again but she's a teen.

You'll have 10 days in which to marry a townie and move in with him or her, get pregnant, and have the child. Cassandra won't be able to start romancing her future spouse until she's a YA, so you should age her up soon. Before she leaves home, she also needs to either photograph or paint portraits of her family and amass a 10-item collection.
