No, she was on the bus at normal time, same as her sister.

I edited my post but again  What town are you in?  Was she on the bus or was she in school when the failure came up?

We're in Sunset Valley and to be honest, I'm not quite sure if she was on the bus or not. I was trying to manage two grieving dogs and a grieving werewolf and so only got the message when the failure sound came up. I will say that I had to send her to the store twice because she went, then a while later she was standing around I noticed and hit the opp button again. She went and completed it that time.

The opp is only considered complete when it's turned in.  It sounds to me that she may have been late getting to school.   Even if they hop on the bus at 8:59 and are on the way to school, opps are supposed to be turned in by a certain time and you can fail them that way.  I'm going to say it's a failure and not a completion.

Sooo...ruling, please.

My photographer rolled some wishes to make 5000 and 10,000 selling photographs. I sent Ama off to the consignment store with a bucketload of photos. When 5pm rolled around, I got the notification that I had sold 47,000 simoleans worth of stuff (included in this mix were some inventions). The top three sellers were photographs, at roughly 5000/4000/4000 simoleans. So those three, right there, is 13,000, and should have awarded me the wish fulfillments.

Except they still sit at 0/5000 and 0/10,000 (as do the other two, 0/2500 and 0/1000).

I tried to sell some photos from the camera directly (with the Sell All Photos interaction), as well as pulling a photo from the camera into the inventory, and selling from there. All four of those wishes remain unchanged: 0/1000 0/2500 0/5000 0/10,000. I've also resetsim and tried again, still nothing.

Poking around on the forums, it appears this is a sometimes game glitch that happens. And because I'd never run into it before, I didn't think to save a screen shot of even the notification popup (they annoy me, so I usually delete them immediately).

May I count the latter two as being fulfilled wishes, even though they didn't roll off and grant me said LTHP? Each of the 4 will grant LTHP equal to the amount to be sold.

Sometimes I find that at a consignment store, that your sim with the self employed job or the wishes needs to be the one seting things up for consignment - it can be aggravating that way.

Shirin - did you try a photograph directly from the inventory?  Don't forget the standard stuff (cache clearing/dcbackup).

Yes - I tried inventory, camera, and consignment store. Nada. Resetsim, then cleared the cache and dcbackup.

Oh I forgot to mention buy mode.    Photo on the wall and sell it that way.

there's another big wish for the list. Discover 100 stars is worth 20,000 which is rather tasty. The sim had completed Discover 50 stars and it rolled upon discovering her 51st

3). Complete 3 unique opportunities. As long as one word in the title of an opportunity is different, then it qualifies as unique. These cannot be opportunities from school or after-school activities.

So adventure/travel opportunities are allowed, right?
